How it is measured
Every minute, from outside our servers (Cloudflare), we check that the backend answers the Web Portal and the app, and that the broker accepts device connections; a failure is retried once after 5 seconds. A minute is down when either fails. Months are calendar months in UTC; all times here are UTC. Downtime inside planned work announced at least 48 hours ahead does not count, up to 4 hours a month. Cards keep opening doors without the cloud.
